In our research we have found that Feldman Law has successfully completed a great number of modifications for their customers. They also have strong customer service and responded very quickly to our requests for information. On the other hand there are multiple complaints against this company and it appears that their successes have been somewhat inconsistent. 1st American Law Center Upon our first contact with this Oceanside, CA based company we were very pleased with their customer service, knowledge, and consumer options. We were provided with prompt responses and great information. Unfortunately, as we further proceeded with our research we found that this company appears to be more sales oriented than results oriented. Many consumers seemed to be waiting long times for results and were consistently left looking for other options. Our web Search for “1st American Law Center Reviews” provided many detailed examples of unsatisfied, and in many cases, angry customers. We were not able to locate many favorable completed modifications. While their website does have some valuable information, this appears to be an attempt to create a smokescreen for the uninformed consumer.

As we received more information from past customers we realized that this company appears to be much more sales oriented than customer service and results oriented. Unfortunately the results don’t appear to be favorable for the customers of United Law. We feel the easiest way to profile this company is to direct you to the Complaints Board Having researched many companies, these complaints and the lack of proven results have dropped United Law Group to the bottom of our list.
